Vacuum Compartments:
Mikrosan Vacuum Type Pipe Baths are available either with single or twin compartments according to the type and diameter of the pipes you produce. You can ensure that your pipes pass through each vacuum compartment under gradual pressure in order to take a perfect shape. You can increase or decrease the number of vacuum pump devices according to your wish and production mode.

Water jets:
Distribution of water jets are specially designed for the best cooling without causing any damage to pipe surface from water drops. 

Water Circulation Pump:
It is important that the water is both clean and cold in order to achieve good results. After fine calculations we have made,  the water circulation pump transfers the hot water automatically to the depot and receives cold water instead.  

Rubbers:
We use special type of rubbers at the inlets and outlets in order for the pipe not to get damaged and have a smooth surface.
