Mikrosan Twin Screw Extruders have been manufactured with the most advanced technology of Europe and CE and ISO 9001 Quality Certificate approved components have been used in its production. With the Mikrosan Twin Screw Extruders, each being an engineering and technological marvel, you can increase your production capacity from 50-60 kg/hour up to 550-600 kg/hour and produce door-window profiles, windowsills, specific type profiles, complex profiles, etc.

Control Panel:
It is important that everything develops within the scope of your knowledge and control during production. You can make programs according to the raw material you use or according to production profile, or can save time by running the desired program with a single key stroke, and can adjust the synchronization of the production line as you wish, with Mikrosan Computerized Control Panels which are produced by using the most advanced technology. Mikrosan Control Panels are ideally positioned for your  comfort during operation.

The Gas Removal Unit (Standard/Optional):
Excessive humidity and gasses in the raw material cause formation of air bubbles and stains during production. You can improve the product quality by adding a gas removal unit which absorps the humidity and gasses out of the raw material, which can be purchased as standard or added afterwards as an option.

The Resistor:
Heating is extremely important when making production with plastic raw materials. Mikrosan Single Screw Extruders use the highest quality resistors for the production with highest quality.

The Cylinder:  
The cylinder where the screw is located, is designed to have a multi-zone characteristics in Mikrosan Single Screw Extruders. In this way, you can apply different temperatures at different zones.

The Reducer:
The precision processing workbenches and the reducers in which we used special bearings to have a longer service life can also operate safely at high torques.

The Engine:
Engines of most advanced technology are used in Mikrosan Extruders. In this way, you achieve endurance and high performance with your extruder.

Loading Unit (Optional):
The optional loading unit which can be added as an optional unit to your Mikrosan Extruder provides automatic transfer of raw materials to your machine and saves you time.

Dosage Unit (Optional):
Raw material mixing is extremely important for the quality of your production. For this reason, dosage units which can transfer the raw material volumetrically are used in Mikrosan Extruders.

Co-extrusion:
You can easily produce systems with washers by employing this method and making production both with soft and hard materials concurrently in sealed profile production. You can make multi-layered profile production or process of putting lines onto the profile easier with this method. Moreover, you prevent loosing floor space at your facility owing to the mobile hoses specially designed for co-extruders not to occupy a large space.

Ventilators:
You will be facing problems in the event of your raw material overheating. The cooling fans used in Mikrosan Extruders stabilize the heat and keep you away from such risks.

Sensors (Optional):
While you can always keep the pressure in the mould under control with the Head Pressure sensor, whereas with the Solution Heat Sensor you can be sure about the heat of your raw materials. You can monitor all the heat and pressure values through the control panel.

Screws:
We use the highest technology of geometry engineering and modelling techniques in the production of Mikrosan Extruder Screws and again do not make concession on the quality of the machines we present to you. We use special steel in the production of screws and thus obtain maximum surface hardness and smoothness. We ensure homogenous distribution of heat on screw surface and hence maximise the wear resistance. We provide you with options of turning the screws from outward to inward, inward to outward and to the same direction in order to provide the best mixing for your raw material.
