Mikrosan Granule Line Extruders are manufactured by using the most advanced technologies of Europe and electronic materials and thermo-couples having CE and ISO 9001 Quality Certificates are used in their production. You can adjust your production capacity as you wish with Mikrosan Granule Production Line Extruders, and make production with HDPE, PPR-C and PPR. Having a special design, the granule head is ideal for mixing the raw materials.

The Control Panel:
It is important that everything develops within the scope of your knowledge and control during production. You can make 20 different programs according to the raw material you use or according to production profile, or can save time by running the desired program with a single key stroke, and can adjust the synchronization of the production line as you wish, with Mikrosan Computerized Control Panels which are produced by using the most advanced technology. Mikrosan Control Panels are ideally positioned for your  comfort during operation and offers you option to choose the production method according to the granule‘s purpose of use.

Gas Removal Unit (Standard-Optional):
Excessive humidity and gasses in the raw material cause formation of air bubbles during production. The gas removal unit which can be added to Mikrosan Extruders as an option absorbs the excess humidity existing in the raw material and provides the most appropriate pressure environment, removes the formation of bubbles, and prevents your products being damaged afterwards due to this.

The Resistor:
Heating is extremely important when making production with plastic raw materials. Highest quality resistors are used for the production with highest quality in Mikrosan Granule Line Extruders.

The Reducer:
In 4 coil reducers, we use hardwearing bearings having durable counter resistance against high pressures in order to prevent you from having any problems during production.

The Engine:
Engines of most advanced technology are used in Mikrosan Extruders. In this way, you achieve endurance and high performance with your extruder.

Loading Unit (Optional):
The optional loading unit which can be added as an optional unit to your Mikrosan Extruder provides automatic transfer of raw materials to your machine and saves you time.

Dosage Unit (Optional):
Raw material mixing is extremely important for the quality of your production. For this reason, dosage units which can transfer the raw material volumetrically are used in Mikrosan Extruders.

Fans:
You will be facing problems in the event of your raw material overheating. The cooling fans used in Mikrosan Extruders stabilize the heat and keep you away from such risks.

Sensors (Optional):
While you can always keep the pressure in the mould under control with the Head Pressure sensor, whereas with the Solution Heat Sensor you can be sure about the heat of your raw materials. You can monitor all the heat and pressure values occuring during production through the control panel.

Screws:
We use the highest technology of geometry engineering and modelling techniques in the production of Mikrosan Extruder Screws and again do not make concession on the quality of the machines we present to you. In Mikrosan Granule Line Extruders, we are offering you both the the single and twin screw extruder alternatives according to the raw materials you use. We prepare single screw extruder for Polypropylene, and twin screw extruder for PVC.

Filter:
We have a great knowledge about what kind of raw material the granule is, and hence, we use a special automatic filter in Mikrosan Granule Line Extruders to ensure that the raw material is separated from the foreign particals to a large extent.

Funnel:
You can easily transfer your raw material to production stage with the special funnel we prepared for Mikrosan Twin Screw Extruders. Also, you can make dosage in diverse ratios (multi-component) by measuring the raw materials passing through the funnel with the Gravimetric Device we add to your machine as an option. In this way, the difficulties you would face in adjusting the ratio and weight of the raw materials are eliminated, and the raw material losses during the transfer is prevented.

The Cylinder:  
As the cylinder where the screw is located, is designed to have a multi-zone characteristics, you can apply different temperatures at different zones.

Co-extrusion:
You can easily produce systems with washers by employing this method and making production both with soft and hard materials concurrently in sealed profile production. Your this multi-layered profile production or process of putting lines onto the profile is made easier with this method. Moreover, you prevent loosing floor space at your facility owing to the mobile hoses specially designed for co-extruders not to occupy a large space.


While using Mikrosan Pipe Production Line, you will be able to obtain the right ratio and the right temperature which are necessary for quality production.  And so, you can pressume the risk of the quality not being at a ratio you desire, non-existent.  İf you would like to run the rest of the production at Mikrosan Pipe Production Line from the control panel or make your adjustments at different ratios, you can manipulate each stage of the production separately.  This enables you to apply as much precision as you wish during the production process.
